Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of their order within a limited time after placing the order, provided that the order has not been processed, packed, or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
If cancellation is approved before processing/shipping, the paid amount will be refunded after verification.

Shipped Orders
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may contact our support team for further assistance according to our return/exchange terms.
Wrong Information Provided by Customer
If an order cannot be completed due to incorrect customer information (wrong address, phone number, or other details), Mirhas Patch World reserves the right to cancel the order.
Out of Stock / Company Cancellation
Mirhas Patch World reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Technical issues
- Any other unavoidable circumstances
In such cases, customers will be informed and eligible payments will be processed accordingly.
